A Holistic Experience That Feels Like Being Wrapped In a Warm Blanket
Besides the specific legal requirements of running a 501c3, this work requires you to understand how a nonprofit board works, how to fundraise for your nonprofit, stay in compliance, and how to market your work, among SO MANY other things. That can be overwhelming.

After many years of working with nonprofits at different stages, we've designed the Raiser Sharp Incubator Program to teach founders how to run scalable nonprofits that make a difference. For the one year, our mentors, on-demand trainings, and bi-monthly coaching calls will guide you step-by-step through the process of growing an organization, navigating the world of nonprofits, and securing the funds you need to realize your mission.

You’ll also get access to Nonprofit Connections, our digital learning and communications platform that allows you to connect to your mentors, our network of members as well as your own constituents – for free!
Mentoring - Get Matched with Experienced Nonprofit Pros
Get matched with an active or retired seasoned pro who volunteers to be your mentor, and who has been where you are, and has made it out the other side. You mentor can teach you so much about running a nonprofit from a practical standpoint - the do's and don'ts, the how's and how not's - that you just cant get from anyone else. Our mentoring program is the secret sauce to our incubator program - and you won't find that in any other program out there! You'll meet with your mentor for an hour twice a month and video chat about the topics provided in the mentor handbook, or whatever you decide together that you want to discuss.
Professional Development Training
There is so much you need to learn about managing a nonprofit organization, but where do you get reliable and proven information to help you do it? Our Digital Learning platform, that's where. To start, you'll find video training sessions you can watch when it's convenient for you, that will match the topics you'll be discussing with your mentor. They will cover strategy and planning, leadership and management (board and staff); community and volunteer engagement (marketing); and of course fundraising. And, we'll provide additional support material (downloads, forms and worksheets) and trainings that complement the core program that you will cover with your mentor.

Executive Coaching
Your nonprofit leadership is unique and deeply personal. You face countless challenges, make tough decisions, and navigate complex situations every day. That’s where coaching comes in. In addition to the mentorship you'll get from your volunteer mentor, we'll hold monthly group coaching session to help you interpret, apply and modify the material and information you are receiving to your specific situation. Our executive coaches are here to help you achieve your goals, overcome obstacles, and seize opportunities that can take your leadership to the next level.
Nonprofit Connections
Nonprofit Connections is the platform where all the action takes place. This is where you will meet with your mentor, get executive coaching, take classes and courses, and access all the benefits of our incubator program. It's also where you can connect with our network of members as well as communicate with your own constituents and teams (staff, boards, committees, and as many other groups as you want to create). All of these participants can register for free, and create their own personal profiles. They just won't have access to all of the additional benefits (mentors, coaching, etc.) that mentees will receive.

The Cost
We are still gathering our mentors at the moment, and are not quite ready to launch the program. But it will be very soon! The cost will be affordable because we know start up nonprofits have to watch every penny they have. Our working cost at the moment is $1,200 or $100 a month. We will ask all mentees to commit to their own growth for a period of at least one year.
